Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated group of patients, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. Responsible for patient assessment, contributing to care plans, implementing and evaluating these plans, and supporting nursing staff with patient care. Responsibilities Assist in patient assessments and care planning.Implement and evaluate care plans under RN guidance.Support nursing staff with patient care activities.Engage in activities to enhance healthcare delivery.Participate in ongoing educational development and clinical leadership growth.Complete assigned objectives effectively. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the internship role.Computer literacy skills required; proficiency preferred.Basic life support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
