About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality care and patient outcomes. Performs service functions and facilitates effective communication with staff, patients, and guests. Engages in patient assessment, contributes to developing and implementing care plans, and evaluates patient progress. Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks and participates in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery. Builds clinical knowledge through ongoing education and strives to meet assigned goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure
• Maximum of 90 days in this role
• Computer literacy
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire (preferred)
