Intern - Nurse (OB/GYN)

About the Role

This position provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated group of patients, aiming to achieve quality care outcomes. It involves supporting patient assessments, contributing to and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and care planning under RN guidance.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Support nursing staff with patient care tasks.
• Participate in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Engage in ongoing educational activities and develop clinical leadership knowledge.
• Complete assigned goals effectively.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time senior nursing student within one year of graduation.
• Meet or exceed academic requirements.
• Computer literacy.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
