Intern - Nurse

Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to ensure quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to developing and implementing the plan of care.Evaluates patient progress in collaboration with RN.Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Must be enrolled in an accredited nursing program with projected graduation within one year and provide proof of current enrollment and good standing.Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
