Role Overview Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Engages in service functions and effective communication with staff, patients, and guests. Performs additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to developing and implementing care plans.Participates in evaluating patient progress.Delivers patient care and supports nursing staff.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with projected graduation within one year.Meets academic requirements; provides documentation of enrollment and good standing.Computer literacy is preferred.BLS certification required within 14 days of employment.
