About the role

This position provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated group of patients, aiming to achieve quality healthcare outcomes. It involves performing service functions, facilitating communication among staff, patients, and guests, and supporting patient care activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and contribute to developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans under a registered nurse’s guidance.
• Assist with patient care and support nursing staff as directed.
• Participate in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and engage in ongoing educational activities to enhance clinical knowledge.
• Complete assigned goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as a senior student in an approved nursing program, within one year of expected graduation.
• Meets or exceeds academic requirements and has computer literacy.
• Possesses BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
