Intern - Nurse

Role Overview Provides technical assistance to a designated group of patients under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality patient outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to developing and implementing individualized care plans.Participates in evaluating patient progress.Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with projected graduation within one year.Meets academic requirements; provides enrollment documentation and a good standing letter.Computer literacy is preferred.Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
