Role Overview Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Communicates effectively with staff, patients, and guests, and performs assigned duties to enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients and contributes to developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans under RN guidance.Supports nursing staff with patient care and participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.Engages in ongoing educational activities to build clinical knowledge and leadership skills.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled as a full-time senior in an approved nursing program, nearing graduation.Meets or exceeds academic requirements.Proficient in computer literacy.Possesses BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
