Role Overview This position provides technical assistance to a defined group of patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, supporting quality patient outcomes. It involves communication with staff, patients, and guests, along with performing assigned duties. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and contribute to developing and implementing individualized care plans under RN guidance.Assist with patient care activities and support nursing staff as directed.Participate in efforts to improve healthcare delivery and enhance clinical knowledge through ongoing education.Complete assigned goals and contribute to team functions. Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with projected graduation within one year, or able to provide proof of current enrollment and good standing.Basic computer literacy.Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
