Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Handles service functions and communication with staff, patients, and guests. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under nurse guidance.Contributes to developing and implementing care plans.Participates in evaluating patient care strategies.Provides patient care and supports nursing staff.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge.Participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled as a senior in an approved nursing program, within 1 year of expected graduation.Meets or exceeds academic requirements.Computer literacy.BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
