Role Overview This position provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality healthcare outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress. The role involves supporting nursing staff, participating in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery, and engaging in ongoing educational activities. Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled as a full-time senior in an approved nursing program, nearing graduation.Meets or exceeds academic requirements and training standards.Proficient in computer literacy.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 14 days of hire is required. Additional Information Participates in clinical activities and builds clinical leadership knowledge.Supports patient care delivery and collaborates with healthcare team members.
