Role Overview Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a specific group of patients, supporting quality patient outcomes. Communicates effectively with staff, patients, and guests, performing various service functions. Contributes to patient care planning, implementation, and evaluation under nurse guidance. Participates in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery and enhances clinical leadership knowledge. Engages in ongoing educational activities and completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled as a full-time senior nursing student within one year of graduation.Meets or exceeds academic requirements.Computer literacy.BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
