Role Overview Provides technical support to a patient care team under the supervision of a registered nurse, focusing on achieving quality outcomes. Engages in service functions, communication, and performs assigned duties to support staff, patients, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients and assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans under RN guidance.Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks and participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.Contributes to ongoing education and clinical knowledge enhancement.Completes assigned goals related to patient care and team support. Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with planned graduation within one year; must provide enrollment documentation and good standing letter.Must meet academic requirements and demonstrate computer literacy.Minimum certification includes BLS within 14 days of hire.
