About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to promote quality outcomes. Communicates effectively with staff, patients, and guests while performing assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Contributes to developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Implements and evaluates care plans collaboratively.
• Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks.
• Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned objectives efficiently.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time senior student in an approved nursing program, within one year of expected graduation.
• Meets academic requirements and is computer literate.
• Possesses BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
