Interim Food & Nutrition Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies.
• Performs clerical support and duties necessary for optimal patient care, including safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department.
• Manages budgetary requirements and compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization (must maintain current certification).
• Two (2) years of experience in food service operations.
• Ability to use a PC.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR).

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $75,920.00 to $104,686.40 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
