Job Summary and Qualifications

Supervises and coordinates activities for daily food service operations throughout FANS. Ensures timely and accurate meal services for Patient Services and Cafeteria and compliance with HACCP/Sanitation Standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, employee performance evaluations, and direct employee supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• Minimum of two to three years’ experience in food services or hospitality
• Required Knowledge of Hospital and Health Care Operations
• Basic computer skills necessary
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills desired

Qualifications

• Credential: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred
• Serv-Safe Certification recommended or within 90 days of hire
