Food & Nutrition Supervisor
Responsibilities
Supervises the day to day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state and other regulatory agencies.
Performs the clerical support/duties necessary for optimal patient care, including the safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department, budgetary requirements and compliance to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: Two (2) years experience in food service operations
- Training: Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization and maintain current
- Technical Skills: Ability to use PC
- Professional Certifications: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $75,920.00 to $104,686.40 on an annualized basis.
