Food & Nutrition Supervisor

About the role

Supervises the day to day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state and other regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Performs the clerical support/duties necessary for optimal patient care, including the safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department, budgetary requirements and compliance to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization and maintain current.
• Two (2) years experience in food service operations.
• Ability to use PC.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR).

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $75,920.00 to $104,686.40 on an annualized basis.

Full Time Days
