Interim Compensation Consultant (part-time)

The Interim Compensation Consultant will provide part-time support across compensation analysis, market pricing, compensation modeling, and annual compensation planning activities. This role will partner closely with HR leadership to support compensation programs, evaluate market data, maintain job architecture, and drive compensation-related analytics. The ideal consultant brings strong compensation expertise, exceptional analytical capabilities, and experience supporting annual compensation cycles. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and job matching activitiesSupport annual compensation planning, including merit and adjustment modelingAnalyze market survey data and compensation trendsAssist with compensation program administration and job architecture maintenanceDevelop compensation models and analytics to support business decisionsPrepare compensation reports, analyses, and recommendationsPartner with HR leadership on compensation-related projects and initiativesSupport year-end compensation processes and planning activitiesMaintain compensation data integrity and documentation Required Skills & Experience Proven compensation experience in an analyst, consultant, or Total Rewards roleStrong experience with market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluationAdvanced Excel and compensation modeling skillsExperience supporting merit cycles, compensation planning, and salary administrationStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience utilizing compensation survey tools and market data resources (Aon experience preferred)Ability to translate compensation data into actionable business recommendationsStrong attention to detail and project management skillsExperience with BambooHR or similar HR systems is a plus About Versique Versique: /ver-seek/ adj. being both versatile and unique; n. a high-performance recruiting firm specializing in executive leadership search, direct hire, and interim hiring solutions.
