Job Details
We are seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with experience handling IP-related disputes, particularly patent matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical subject matter, courtroom strategy, and partnering closely with clients and colleagues on high-stakes litigation.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a wide range of IP litigation tasks with a focus on patent litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive IP litigation documents
- Support fact and expert discovery, including depositions and technical analysis
- Work closely with partners, clients, and technical experts on case strategy
- Conduct legal research and assist with oral advocacy preparation
- Manage deadlines, filings, and case logistics across multiple active matters

Salary
$200,000 - $280,000 per year
