About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. This position is available in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.
Responsibilities
- Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
- Handle patent litigation cases, particularly those involving electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence
- Develop and present legal strategies and courses of action
- Manage multiple projects and demonstrate exceptional judgment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Active bar license in the state in which you reside or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible
- Excellent academic credentials

- Demonstrated record of working well under pressure

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC only is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
