Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of IP litigation tasks with a focus on patent litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive IP litigation documents
• Support fact and expert discovery, including depositions and technical analysis
• Work closely with partners, clients, and technical experts on case strategy
• Conduct legal research and assist with oral advocacy preparation
• Manage deadlines, filings, and case logistics across multiple active matters

Requirements

• Experience in IP litigation from a leading law firm
• Background or academic training in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (preferred)
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple workstreams independently
• Interest in developing technical and strategic litigation skills

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Law
• Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
