Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. The ideal candidate will have patent litigation experience and a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Responsibilities

• Work with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
• Handle multiple projects with exceptional judgment
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action
• Provide support in patent litigation matters

Requirements

• Active bar license in the state in which they reside or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible
• Excellent academic credentials
• A commitment to the community
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated record of working well under pressure

Pay

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC only is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
