About the role
The successful candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. They will be responsible for handling patent litigation cases and will have a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence.Responsibilities
- Handle patent litigation cases
- Work closely with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
- Develop and present legal strategies and courses of action
- Manage multiple projects effectively
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive team culture
Requirements
- Three to seven years of experience in intellectual property litigation
- A background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence
- An active bar license in the state in which they reside or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible
