Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. The ideal candidate will have patent litigation experience and a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Responsibilities

• Work with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action
• Demonstrate exceptional judgment

Requirements

• Active bar license in the state in which they reside or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible
• Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individual with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience

Benefits

• Competitive compensation with a range of $215,000 to $260,000 in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC only, commensurate with qualifications and experience
• Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus
