Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

About the role

The successful candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Responsibilities

- Represent clients in patent litigation cases. - Work closely with attorneys to develop and execute legal strategies. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively. - Communicate legal strategies and courses of action clearly and persuasively.

Requirements

- Three to seven years of experience in intellectual property litigation. - Background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. - Active bar license in the state where you reside or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible.

Pay

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC only is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
