Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. The ideal candidate will have patent litigation experience and a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. This position is available in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
• Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to handle multiple projects
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action
• Contribute to a diverse, engaged, and inclusive team culture

Requirements

• Active bar license in the state in which you reside or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible
• Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individual with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience

Pay

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC only is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
