Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. This position is open in multiple offices, including the virtual office, The Link.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
• Handle patent litigation cases, particularly those involving electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence
• Develop and articulate legal strategies and courses of action
• Manage multiple projects effectively
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve professional and business goals

Requirements

• Active bar license in the state of practice or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible
• Excellent academic credentials
• A strong commitment to the community
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure

• Competitive compensation with a range of $215,000 to $260,000 in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC
