Qualifications And Skills Required Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation and ability to travel.Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reposition patients, and perform necessary movements.
