In-Home Healthcare LVN - Weekend Night Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care
• Assess patient conditions
• Update care plans
• Educate patients and their families on self-care and disease management
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and infection control standards
• Ensure professional accountability

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

Preferred: six months of recent clinical experience and home health background.
