In-Home Healthcare LVN (Weekend Shifts)

Join a leading private duty nursing team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Responsibilities Include Providing compassionate homecare to pediatric and adult patients.Ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through patient-centered care.Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.Adhering to health and safety protocols, including CPR and TB testing. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.Minimum of 6 months hands-on clinical experience.Current CPR certification (training available after hire if needed).TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation required.
