IAM Delivery Lead

This role is for a Lead Specialist, IAM Delivery Manager within the Managed Services practice, responsible for overseeing Cyber Managed Services delivery. Key responsibilities include: managing coordination and oversight of service delivery, planning and executing engagement activities, monitoring progress, and providing status updates. Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to support engagement success and identify new opportunities. Working with technical leads to ensure appropriate staffing, coaching staff for growth, and supporting adherence to policies on workpapers, independence, and information security. Communicating progress, issues, risks, and dependencies to senior management. Upholding professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment. Qualifications: minimum of five years in management roles with expertise in IDM or cybersecurity, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related fields, and relevant certifications preferred. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IDM processes, and security controls within managed services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and ability to convey complex technical information clearly. Ability to travel as needed and work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
