IAM Delivery Lead

This role involves managing and overseeing Cyber Managed Services delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction through effective planning, coordination, and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, identity and access management (IDM), and security controls within managed services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to produce professional client materials
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical and engagement information clearly
• Flexibility for travel based on business needs
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
