IAM Delivery Lead

About the role

This position involves managing and overseeing the delivery of Cyber Managed Services, ensuring quality, coordinating engagement activities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires collaboration with technical teams and management to assign skilled staff, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily delivery of contracted cybersecurity and IAM services.
• Provide regular status updates, highlighting issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams to support engagement success and identify new business opportunities.
• Support staffing, training, and mentorship to promote growth and success within the team.
• Ensure compliance with policies on workpapers, independence, and information security.
• Keep leadership informed of project progress and potential challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in management roles within cybersecurity or IDM domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IDM processes, and security controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to produce professional client-facing materials.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate integrity, and uphold professional standards.
