The role involves managing Cyber Managed Services delivery, overseeing daily engagement activities, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Providing status updates
• Identifying risks and opportunities
• Fostering strong professional relationships to support engagement success and identify new business opportunities
• Working with technical leads to assign skilled staff
• Coaching team members
• Ensuring compliance with policies related to workpapers, independence, and information security
• Keeping management informed of progress and issues, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and respect in the work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity domains
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IDM processes, and security controls within managed services environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to produce professional client-facing materials
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences
• Travel may be required based on business needs
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available
