IAM Delivery Lead

The role involves managing and overseeing Cyber Managed Services delivery, ensuring quality and timely engagement execution while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and provide status updates
• Identify risks and opportunities
• Support continuous improvement
• Work closely with technical leads and management to assign skilled staff
• Mentor team members
• Uphold organizational policies on workpapers, independence, and information security
• Communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
• Build professional relationships

Requirements

• At least five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity
• Relevant bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of security controls within managed services environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
