IAM Delivery Lead

This role is for a Lead Specialist, IAM Delivery Manager within a Managed Services practice, focusing on cybersecurity and identity and access management (IAM).

Responsibilities

• Manage Cyber Managed Services delivery, coordinating daily engagement activities.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates on issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong client and internal relationships to support engagement success and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure appropriate staffing, coach team members, and support policy compliance.
• Keep leadership informed of engagement progress and act with professionalism to uphold a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and IDM processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
