IAM Delivery Lead

About the role

This role is for a Lead Specialist, IAM Delivery Manager within a managed services environment, focusing on cybersecurity and identity access management (IDM).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the delivery of contracted Cyber Managed Services, ensuring quality and timely execution
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams to plan daily activities
• Monitoring engagement progress, and reporting issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support engagement success and identify new opportunities
• Working with technical leads to assign skilled staff, providing coaching and mentorship
• Adhering to policies related to workpapers, independence, and information security
• Keeping management informed about engagement status
• Upholding professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' management experience in IDM or cybersecurity
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and IDM processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Travel may be required
