The role involves managing and overseeing Cyber Managed Services delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution of contracted services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engagement activities
• Report on progress, risks, and opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff
• Support policy compliance
• Communicate engagement status to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum of five years in management roles within IDM or cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, identity and access management processes, and security controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
