IAM Delivery Lead

About the role

This role is for a Lead Specialist, IAM Delivery Manager within a Managed Services practice, focusing on cybersecurity and identity and access management (IDM).

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the delivery of contracted Cyber Managed Services, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinating engagement activities, monitoring progress, and providing status updates on issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to support engagement success and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with technical leads to assign skilled staff, offering coaching and mentorship for growth.
• Supporting adherence to policies on workpapers, independence, and information security, and keeping leadership informed of progress.
• Maintaining professionalism and integrity to uphold a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of management experience in cybersecurity or IDM domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IDM processes, and security controls in managed services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to produce clear, professional reports.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
