IAM Delivery Lead

About the role

This role involves managing the delivery of Cyber Managed Services, ensuring quality and adherence to client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily engagement activities
• Monitoring progress
• Providing status updates on issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to support engagement success and identify new business opportunities
• Working closely with Technical Leads and management to assign skilled staff, support team growth, and ensure compliance with policies
• Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment
• Travel may be needed based on client needs

Qualifications

• At least five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, identity and access management processes, and security controls within managed services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly
