This role involves managing the delivery of Cyber Managed Services, ensuring quality and client satisfaction through coordination and oversight of engagement activities. The Lead Specialist will build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with technical teams to assign skilled staff while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• At least five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity
• A relevant bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in cybersecurity solutions, IDM processes, and security controls
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce professional client‑facing materials
