IAM Delivery Lead

About the role

This role involves managing the delivery of Cyber Managed Services, ensuring quality and timely execution while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. The individual must be proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily engagement activities, monitor progress, and report on issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support engagement success and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, provide coaching and mentorship, and support adherence to company policies and standards.
• Keep leadership informed of engagement status, issues, and dependencies to mitigate risks.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, identity and access management (IAM) processes, and security controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to build client relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
