IAM Delivery Lead

Role Overview: This position involves managing Cyber Managed Services delivery, coordinating daily engagement activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Lead Specialist will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, provide oversight of work quality, monitor progress, and communicate issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement. The role includes coaching staff, supporting policy adherence, and maintaining professional integrity. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee delivery of contracted cybersecurity and IDM services.Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to plan and execute engagement activities.Provide regular status updates, highlighting issues, dependencies, and risks.Build and maintain professional relationships to foster new opportunities.Ensure appropriate staffing, mentor team members, and support their growth.Uphold company policies on workpapers, independence, and information security.Keep leadership informed of engagement progress and potential challenges.Maintain professionalism and a respectful work environment. Qualifications & Skills At least five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity domains.Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IDM processes, and security controls.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and professional client communication skills.Ability to convey complex technical information clearly.Willingness to travel as needed; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
