Role Overview

The Lead Specialist, IAM Delivery Manager, oversees Cyber Managed Services delivery, coordinating daily activities to meet client expectations for quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engagement progress, identify and communicate issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Support staffing, coaching, and mentoring to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and information security
• Keep leadership informed of progress and challenges, acting with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and IDM processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey complex technical information clearly and collaborate effectively
• Flexibility to travel may be required
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is necessary
