About the role

Lead Specialist, IAM Delivery Manager in a Managed Services environment, focusing on cybersecurity and identity and access management (IAM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cyber Managed Services delivery, coordinating daily engagement activities to meet quality standards.
• Provide status updates, identify issues, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical leads and management to assign skilled staff, ensuring successful delivery and growth.
• Support adherence to policies on workpapers, independence, and information security.
• Keep senior management informed about engagement progress and potential risks.
• Uphold professional integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience with expertise in IDM or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IDM processes, and security controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to produce professional client-facing materials.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism.
