Qualifications
- 2 years call center experience
- Micrsoft Office proficient
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to provider inquiries directed to the CSC Call center
- Offer telephone assistance to providers in their use of online business applications
- Record, track and monitor call information on the nature of the issue and resolution of the inquiry
- Support customer requests by using various tools and technologies including desktop faxing, web self help and support of the IVR

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, NY.
Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
