IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR HYBRID CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - 3 DAYS IN OFFICE 2 DAYS REMOTE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR A LEADING GLOBAL SPECIALTY INSURANCE DISTRIBUTOR FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT HOURS OF OPERATION 8AM-8PM - YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A SHIFT INSIDE OF THESE HOURS - ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FLEXIBLE FROM 8AM-8PM MONDAY - FRIDAY NORTH KINGSTON, RI $18.50/HR

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience or retail supervisor experience
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls involving questions leading regarding new policies and the service of those policies
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on prospects, telemarketing calls and replies to service questions that involve research.
• Performs various administrative tasks such as preparing and typing memorandums and letters as a result of sales made and service questions.
• Communicates daily and interacts to develop positive working relations with customers, peers, team members, managers, and carriers of the products we sell and service.
• Buils strong relationships with their customers and contacts.
• Able to give detailed explanation of the products being recommended and sold, while fulfilling the insurance needs of the clients.
• Provide clients with satisfactory explanations of the Carrier’s product policies and the procedures for obtaining service from the carriers.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
