Hybrid Call Center Representative $25/HR - IMMEDIATE HIRE
About the role
The role involves providing exceptional customer service via phone and email to online banking users, addressing their questions and concerns, and supporting the call center's online banking call volume.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to online banking end users with a professional and outgoing attitude.
- Successfully address customer questions and concerns.
- Support the online banking call volume for the customer service center.
- Utilize strong written communication skills to reply to internal and external email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as a service liaison between online customers of Eastern Bank and third-party service providers.
- Process new online account set-ups and perform ongoing maintenance to existing online accounts.
- Assist other areas of the call center on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
- 2 years of call center experience or banking experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficient.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wakefield, MA. The position is a hybrid position.
