TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives to support a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. This is a great opportunity for candidates with customer service, call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or account support experience looking to grow their career in financial services. Candidates must sit within 60 miles of Winchester, VA to be eligible for this opportunity. The position is a contract-to-hire hybrid role based in Winchester, VA, with paid training starting October 19, 2026. The anticipated application deadline is September 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account-related questions and requests
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Research and resolve account issues
• Educate members on available products and services
• Document interactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or account support experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
